Refunds

Please make sure everything is filled out correctly before purchasing.

Refunds may only be requested if items have been received damaged.

We are not responsible for packages lost through transit!.

You have 5 days after receiving your item to request a refund. To be eligible for a return, you’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Creative Aura sells beauty products so we will NOT be accepting returns of damaged products.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us IMMEDIATELY if the item is defective, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue the best way possible.
